Our Ghee journey begins at the heart of Nabadwip, known for its dairy farms and lal doi (sweet red curd).
At Desh Ka Ghee, we collect the freshest, unadulterated milk from our own organic free-range cows and other trusted small dairy farms in our village, which allows us to support local businesses. This milk is boiled to separate the cream and then hand-churned into butter the traditional way. Ghee-making is a laborious process that takes both skill and love. Our ghee is slow-cooked in small batches till a deep caramelisation is reached, allowing it to be aromatic, smooth, milky, and nutty.
Every jar of Desh Ka Ghee is free from preservatives and chemicals, just pure goodness made from fresh cow milk, patience, and love. A spoonful of pure ghee tells the story of our village, our community, and the promise of authenticity.
