Cancellation
You can receive a full refund if you cancel your Desh Ka Ghee order before it has been shipped.
To cancel your order, send an email to deshkaghee@gmail.com with your order number or call us on +91 8250259144, Monday-Saturday. Once the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Any orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Returns
Since Ghee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns unless you receive a defective or damaged product. Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refunds
If you receive a spilled, damaged, or spoiled product, write to us at deshkaghee@gmail.com and send pictures of the outer packaging(visible label) and the product within 7 days from the date of delivery. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
In case of a delivery issue, contact us for a refund or a replacement.
Please note that any refund may take 3-5 business days after it is issued from our end, depending on your bank’s processing time.
